What the form collects
The quote form asks for your name, email, product type, service route, estimated quantity and project requirements. You may also provide your brand or website, delivery country, postal code, WhatsApp number, preferred timing and a design-file link. A selected sample name is included when you start from the gallery. There is no file-upload feature.
How the information is used
Your information is used to review your requirements, respond to your inquiry and coordinate discussion of your project. Once configured, the server sends the inquiry to luckylee5918@gmail.com using authenticated SMTP. A design-file link is included as text; this website does not fetch or inspect its contents.
Form security and temporary data
The quote service uses a first-party session cookie for a security token and submission timing. This cookie is not used for advertising. To limit spam, the server keeps submission counters associated with a cryptographic hash of the connecting IP address. Counters expire after one hour and expired entries are removed on a later submission. Security tokens expire after two hours; session files are cleared by PHP’s session cleanup, so expiry does not guarantee immediate file deletion. The application does not store submitted form fields in these security records. See the pending details below for inquiry and email retention information.
Email, WhatsApp and external links
Email links open your email application. WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp. Messages and files sent through those services are handled under their own services and policies. If you provide a design-file link, the linked service may separately collect information when a person later opens it.
Analytics and marketing
This version does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, embedded social-media feeds or a marketing mailing-list signup. Your form entries are not stored in browser local storage.
