What is the minimum order quantity?
Ready-Made Customization starts at 10 pieces per style, per color. Custom Development starts at 100 pieces per style, per color. These minimums apply to each style and color, not the combined total of different designs.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed within the same style and color. Share the size breakdown when discussing your order.
Can you work from a reference image or logo?
Yes. You can send reference images, a logo or a complete tech pack. Depending on the complexity of the design, we help refine the specifications and discuss suitable techniques. Feasibility is confirmed for the fabric, design and project.
How much does a sample cost? Can it be credited?
Sample fees are quoted according to the design and techniques. Sample shipping is quoted separately. For bulk orders of $5,000 or more, the actual sample fee can be credited up to $500. For bulk orders of $10,000 or more, the credit is up to $1,000. The two tiers do not stack. Sample shipping is excluded. Any other applicable conditions are still to be confirmed.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Ready-Made Customization: sampling about 7 business days; bulk about 15 business days. Custom Development: sampling about 7–15 business days; bulk about 15–22 business days. Bulk production timing starts after the sample, order specifications and agreed payment are all confirmed. All timings are estimates and scheduling is confirmed for each project. Shipping time is additional. The starting conditions for the sample timeline are still to be confirmed. We will clarify them for your project.
How is shipping arranged?
International express, air freight and sea freight can be quoted according to the destination, quantity and schedule. Shipping is quoted separately. Tax-inclusive delivery and fixed arrival dates are not promised.
How do I get a quote?
Submit the product type, service route, estimated quantity and a description of your requirements. You may add a design-file link, but files cannot be uploaded through this first-version form. Send files by email or WhatsApp. First reply within 2 business days. A complete quote depends on design complexity and the information provided.
Do you operate your own factory?
We work with established partner factories, coordinating your requirements, development, sampling and production follow-up from Yiwu, China. We describe this as a partner-factory model; WILDYET does not claim to own the factories.
Can I buy products directly on this website?
All products are quoted by project. There are no fixed retail prices, shopping carts or online payments on this website.
